Yes we had some unexpected glitches when we launched the membership portal back on December 14, 2020.
Issues now resolved as of 2:00pm Wednesday January 6, 2021
Mac computer users had problems with the date of birth field.
Adding an application for 2021 membership page was freezing for the member completing the application.
Members using a mobile device such as I-pad, I-phone or Android could not access the login or navigate the membership portal.
If you are having problems with uploading your completed signed and witnessed waivers, don’t stress yourself out. Please email to email@example.com we can upload them to your profile. Ensure that if you send us a picture from your phone or device that the document is in full frame and it can be read. PDF scans are preferred but not all members have access to a scanner.
Reminder that once we have your completed waiver uploaded into your profile for 2021 you will not need to complete a new waiver for 2022 and subsequent membership years. Exception is if you are adding a spouse or dependent child under the age of 18 in the future or say you get married and you legally change your name.
Reminder that fully completed applications are processed first.
